Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The cost will depend on the weight of the product and your location. We offer standard and express shipping options, with estimated delivery times that will be provided at checkout.

Shipment to Address: ships to any addresses within South Africa plus Local delivery within 30km from our store location. We also offer Pargo Pickup Points and Store Pickup.

International Shipping: We currently do not ship to international countries. Please note that is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages: is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us to file a claim, we are always here to help at shipping@. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Free Shipping: We do not offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount.

Delivery Delays: We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. However, please note that shipping times may vary and we are not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as postal delays or force majeure.
